Blog #41. Burning Sky - Arise. The perfect neighbour!

I have an attachment/obsession with Burning Sky Brewery, because I work over the road from them in Firle, so this couldn’t be more local to me. I’ve sampled a number of their range, multiple times. I have nothing but good things to say and will be getting my hands on more and encouraging the guys to see what they think too.

Me and my colleagues were socially-distantly celebrating the 20 year anniversary of Adventure Connections, an event/stag and hen agency I am proud to work for. We were enjoying our BBQ on the grass outside the office, when one of the chaps from Burning Sky came up to us to hand over a free Arise can each. FREE! Makes it taste oh so sweeter.

Adventure Connections

The smell of this pale ale is what gets one excited about drinking: a lovely peachy aroma, which then leads to a subtle fruity flavour, a great balance and a hoppy, bitter finish. Great from start to finish, each mouthful as great as the last. Such a crying shame I was driving and had to limit myself to one - I’d rather at least seven more please!

Fresh from the brewery, canned moments ago and perfectly chilled.

The have great branding and a great team over in Firle. Definitely get your hands on some when you get the chance; the post office in Firle sells them - Some local knowledge for you there!

9 out of 10.
